At Strider, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with high-quality products that they can enjoy for years to come. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. 

 

Please follow the below guidelines to ensure a smooth and seamless return process:

 

Request a return by emailing us at info@striderclothing.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please make sure to include your order number. For wrong size selection, we are happy to offer an exchange.

 

Faulty/Damaged Goods:

 

In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, Please email us within 5 days of receiving your order with images and information of the fault so we can resolve it for you as soon as possible.

 

Please note that return postage costs are not covered by Strider. We highly recommend emailing your return with tracking information to ensure we receive your item. We can't be held liable for returns lost in transit. If requesting an exchange, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid prior to the exchanged item being sent.

 

Once received your return will be processed within 5-7 business days. Once your return has been approved, we will email you with confirmation.

 

We are unable to accept returns on the below:

 

Worn, damaged or used items.

Items without their original packing and tags.

Items purchased on sale.

Items returned without a returns form.

Change of mind purchases.

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Typical delivery timeframes are as follows:

Standard Delivery - 5 -7 working days

Express Post - 1- 2 working days

These timeframes may be longer if you live in a regional area, or have ordered during a busy period such as Christmas or Black Friday.
